Washington (USA), 15 January (LaPresse) – Donald Trump reported that he spoke today with Venezuela's interim president, Delcy Rodriguez. The US president described the conversation in positive terms, stating that ‘we are getting along very well with Venezuela’. When asked about the Venezuelan regime's number two, Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello, and his alleged reluctance to cooperate with Washington, Trump replied, ‘I know the number one,’ adding, ‘We had a great conversation today, and she is a fantastic person.’ The President emphasised that he had had ‘a long phone call’ with Rodriguez, ‘we discussed many things and I think we are getting along very well with Venezuela’.
