Cuba, Havana calls for multilateralism: “No to occupation of sovereign countries and resources”

Havana (Cuba), Jan 29 (LaPresse) – “We aspire to a peaceful and civil coexistence, in which solidarity, international cooperation, and the peaceful resolution of disputes prevail, as alternatives to war, the use of force, aggression, usurpation, state terrorism, and the occupation of sovereign nations and their natural resources.” This was written on X by Cuba’s Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez.

“It is urgent to establish a new form of coexistence, opposed to the aspirations of domination and unipolar hegemony that imperialism seeks to impose by force under the false banner of peace,” he added. “A just and equitable international order is necessary, without blocs or unilateral coercive measures, based on multilateralism and in full respect of the United Nations Charter and international law,” he concluded.
