Rome, 30 January (LaPresse) – During a press conference in Kiev, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia has suspended prisoner exchanges because it does not believe it will gain any advantage from them. ‘The Russians have blocked the process. They are not particularly interested in exchanging people because they believe it will not benefit them,’ he said, according to reports in the Kiev media.
