Rome, 11 February (LaPresse) – French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot said in response to a question in the Chamber that France will ask for Francesca Albanese's resignation as UN Special Rapporteur on the Palestinian Territories during the next session of the United Nations Human Rights Council. The reason, according to French media reports, is her ‘outrageous remarks’ against Israel, which she attacked ‘as a people and a nation,’ and this ‘is absolutely unacceptable.’
