Milan, 11 February (LaPresse) – ‘Until there is security, there will be no announcements (regarding the elections, ed.).’ This was the comment made by the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to RBC Ukraine, responding to information published by the Financial Times (FT) according to which Zelensky himself intends to announce on 24 February, the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion and the start of the war, a plan for presidential elections and a referendum on a peace agreement with Russia.
