Rome, 15 February (LaPresse) – According to reports from the Tass news agency, Russia is ready to discuss the idea of temporary external governance of Ukraine under the aegis of the United Nations. This was announced by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, who, in an interview with Tass, pointed out that such a step ‘would make it possible to hold democratic elections in Ukraine and establish a capable government with which to sign a full-fledged peace treaty’.
