Iran, Larijani: ‘IAEA will be able to inspect our nuclear sites’

Milan, 16 February (LaPresse) – Iran is willing to accept inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). This was stated by the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, in an interview with Al-Jazeera, reported by the Iranian news agency Irna. ‘How can Iran prove to the United States and the world that it is not seeking to acquire nuclear weapons? The issue is not very complicated,’ Larijani said. ‘We accept the IAEA framework, which can carry out monthly or daily inspections’ of nuclear sites, ‘we accept the Agency's supervision, there is no problem,’ he added.
