Kyiv, Feb. 17 (LaPresse) – “Today we have an important result: 2,000 Ukrainian children have been successfully repatriated from Russian control as part of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative. Each of these repatriations was made possible thanks to the daily work of our people, public organizations, and international partners. We are grateful to all who have joined this fight for the future of our children, our country, and the entire free world,” wrote Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram. “We still have a long and difficult road ahead of us,” he added, “thousands of Ukrainian children remain hostages of Russia, victims of its crimes every day. But we will not stop until every Ukrainian child is brought home.”
