Tel Aviv (Israel), 19 February (LaPresse/AP) – The 19-year-old Palestinian killed in an attack by Israeli settlers in the West Bank village of Mukhmas, north of Jerusalem, also had US citizenship. This was reported to the Associated Press by the mother of the young man, who has been identified as Nasrallah Muhammad Jamal Abu Siam. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the 19-year-old was killed by gunfire from settlers. The Israeli army's version is that soldiers responded to a violent clash in the area and tried to disperse a riot. The army said that suspects fired at several Palestinians, who were evacuated for medical treatment.
