Milan, 23 Feb. (LaPresse) – Starting tomorrow, there will be a halt to tariffs following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that declared the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump unlawful. This is stated in a communication from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. The executive order concerns only the IEEPA tariffs and does not apply to other tariffs, including those imposed under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, as amended, and Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended. CBP will provide further guidance to the trading community.
