Milan, 3 March (LaPresse) – French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot told Bfmtv that France is ‘ready to defend its partners in a proportionate manner’ if asked to do so. ‘This means that we have the right to intervene,’ Barrot added. He also announced that ‘discussions are underway, through diplomatic channels, to strengthen the defence of our allies through the supply of equipment.’
