Iran, Tehran: “Tourist Destinations No Longer Safe for Our Enemies”

Rome, March 20 (LaPresse) – General Abolfazl Shekarchi, an Iranian military spokesman, warned that “parks, recreational areas, and tourist destinations” around the world will no longer be safe for Tehran's enemies. “From now on, based on the information we have on you, not even parks, recreational areas, and tourist destinations anywhere in the world will be safe for you,” Shekarchi stated in a press release published online by Iranian state television. These words reignite a concern shared by analysts as the war continues—namely, that Iran may once again resort to terrorist attacks outside the Middle East as a tactic to exert pressure in the conflict.
