Rome, 20 March (LaPresse) – Russia does not plan to take part in the talks between Ukraine and the United States on 21 March, but hopes to resume the trilateral format in the near future. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by Interfax. “These will be bilateral contacts between the Ukrainians and the Americans,” he said. “This pause is temporary,” he added regarding the continuation of trilateral negotiations between Moscow, Kyiv and Washington. “We hope to be able to resume these negotiations in the near future,” he concluded.
