Madrid (Spain), 25 Mar. (LaPresse) – ‘The White House said’ it had attacked Iran ‘because it was two weeks away from having nuclear weapons, but several senior US officials have stated that there was no structured programme in that country to manufacture a nuclear weapon, and that Iran was not an imminent threat to the West’. This was stated by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez in a briefing to the Congress of Deputies on the government’s position regarding the war in Iran.
