Rome, 1 April (LaPresse) – The commander of Hezbollah’s Southern Front, Hajj Yusuf Ismail Hashem, who was in charge of the terrorist group’s military operations in southern Lebanon, was killed yesterday in Beirut in an attack by the Israeli Navy. This was stated by the IDF, as reported by The Times of Israel. According to the military, Hashem was a “high-ranking commander with over 40 years’ experience and a central figure in the terrorist organisation”.
