Rome, 7 April (LaPresse) – Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader, is reportedly unconscious and receiving treatment in the city of Qom. This is reported by ‘The Times’. According to a diplomatic memorandum based on intelligence assessments from Israel and the United States, Mojtaba Khamenei is said to be unconscious and in “serious condition, preventing him from participating in any decisions of the regime”. The document, according to The Times, also claims that Israeli and US intelligence agencies have long been aware of Khamenei’s health condition, as he is considered by many observers to be a key figure in the power structures of the Islamic Republic.
