Washington (USA), Apr 13 (LaPresse) – US district judge Darrin P. Gayles of Florida has dismissed the $10 billion defamation lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump against the Wall Street Journal and Rupert Murdoch, concerning an article about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. The judge wrote in the order that Trump failed to demonstrate that the article was published with malicious intent, but granted the president the possibility to file an amended complaint.
