London, Apr. 24 (LaPresse) – Downing Street has stated that sovereignty over the Falkland Islands “belongs to the United Kingdom.” London’s response comes after a Reuters report citing an internal Pentagon email suggesting a review of US support for the UK’s claim over the Falkland Islands, also known as Islas Malvinas.
