Milan, 7 May (LaPresse) – Iran is offering assistance to ships in the Strait of Hormuz. This is reported by the Iranian news agency Mehr, which states that the Ports and Maritime Organisation of Iran (PMO) has issued a formal notice to all ship captains in the Strait of Hormuz and surrounding waters. According to Mehr, the organisation is offering food supplies, fuel, medical assistance and limited, authorised repair services.
