Milan, 12 May (LaPresse) – Jacques Moretti, owner of the Le Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, will have to continue reporting to the police station every day. The decision was taken by the Court for Coercive Measures (TMC) in an order dated 1 May, seen by RTS. Moretti had requested to report to the police station only once a week instead of every day, but the court maintains that there is a risk of flight on the part of one of the main suspects in the New Year’s Eve fire in which 41 people died. This court decision is valid until 21 July 2026.
