Turin, May 29 (LaPresse) – Moscow will take countermeasures following Romania’s decision to declare the Russian consul general “persona non grata” and to close the consulate general in Constanta. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova made the statement to RIA Novosti. “Retaliatory measures will not be long in coming following the declaration of the Russian consul as persona non grata and the closure of the consulate general,” she said.
