Milan, 3 June (LaPresse) – The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have denied opening fire on the passenger terminal at Kuwait airport, stating that an investigation has shown the damage was caused by a fault in the US Patriot defence system. This was reported by the Tasnim news agency, affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards, citing the Pasdaran spokesperson. The spokesman added that the Revolutionary Guards’ Aerospace Force had not fired “a single shot” and that “the destruction of the passenger terminal at Kuwait Airport was caused by a fault in the American Patriot systems, which struck the terminal after failing to intercept the Iranian missiles”.
