Crans-Montana: Jessica Moretti also charged with forgery

Turin, 5 June (LaPresse) – New charges have been brought against Jessica Moretti, who appeared today before the prosecutors investigating the fire at the Constellation bar in Crans-Montana; today, for the first time, they organised a confrontation between her and her husband Jacques in Sion. According to sources cited by RSI, the Frenchwoman is now also being prosecuted for forgery. The new charge is reportedly linked to the submission of a falsified invoice for the infamous foam that caught fire on 1 January and caused the blaze. The Swiss media outlet points out that the alteration of the invoice may have been for tax reasons and would therefore have no direct link to the tragedy. Jessica Moretti is now charged with manslaughter, arson, causing grievous bodily harm through negligence and forgery of documents.
