Milan, 9 June (LaPresse) – In the negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv, “the mediator will be chosen by the EU, certainly not by Putin, nor by us”. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani during his remarks on Italy’s participation in international missions in the Senate’s Conference Hall. ‘It is a choice that must be made within the EU,’ he added, ‘demonstrating that this government fully supports the role that Europe can play in the negotiations’.
