Milan, 17 May (LaPresse) – There appear to be no evidence or traces of radicalisation on the mobile phone and other devices seized from Salim El Koudri, the 31-year-old who yesterday drove his car into a crowd in Modena. LaPresse has learnt this from reliable sources. At present, the prevailing line of inquiry is that the attack was motivated by factors linked to the man’s mental health.
