Lucca, June 8 (LaPresse) – A 31-year-old man of Turkish origin died after being struck by several gunshots during the night between Sunday and Monday. The man was found seriously injured in a parking area on Via di Quercianella, in the Castellaccio area, near a construction site, by a couple who called the emergency number 112. Volunteers from the Ardenza emergency service, a medical response vehicle and the police arrived at the scene. Rescuers rushed the 31-year-old to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival due to his injuries. Investigations into the incident are ongoing, with the mobile squad conducting a homicide inquiry.
