Rome, 22 April (LaPresse) – The telephone conversation between Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Rumen Radev, following his victory in the recent parliamentary elections in Bulgaria, “enabled an in-depth exchange of views on the main issues on the European agenda. They agreed on the need to strengthen the European Union’s competitiveness by promoting the principle of technological neutrality, and to ensure effective management of migration, including through innovative solutions. Finally, the two leaders discussed the prospects for negotiations on the next Multiannual Financial Framework.” This is stated in a note from Palazzo Chigi.
