Cosenza, 12 May (LaPresse) – Jhonatan Narváez of UAE Team Emirates XRG has won the fourth stage of the 2026 Giro d'Italia, the Catanzaro–Cosenza stage. The Ecuadorian rider crossed the line ahead of Orluis Aular of Movistar and Giulio Ciccone of Lidl-Trek. It was a disastrous day for the pink jersey holder Guillermo Thomas Silva, who struggled on the day’s mountain top finish at Cozzo Tunno and fell behind by around 10 minutes. This gap meant he lost both the pink jersey and the Conad white jersey. Giulio Ciccone is the new pink jersey holder of the 2026 Giro d’Italia.
