Atalanta confirm Maurizio Sarri as new manager

Rome, 15 June (LaPresse) – Atalanta has announced that Maurizio Sarri has been appointed head coach of the first team. The former Lazio manager takes over from Raffaele Palladino. Sarri is reportedly set to sign a three-year contract with the Bergamo-based club. “The Percassi family, the Pagliuca family and the whole club extend a warm welcome to Maurizio Sarri to the Nerazzurri family,” reads the statement from the Bergamo-based club.
