Milan, 18 Apr. (LaPresse) – Investigators from the Ukrainian Security Service have classified the shooting in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv as a terrorist act, and the preliminary investigation is still ongoing. This was reported by Ukrinform. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 258, paragraph 3, of the Ukrainian Criminal Code (terrorist act resulting in the death of persons).
