Milan, 2 May (LaPresse) – Iran has outlined its latest proposal to foreign ambassadors in Tehran to end the US-led war, stating that the plan has been presented to Pakistan in its capacity as mediator and that Washington must now choose between diplomacy and confrontation. This was reported by Iran International, which stated that Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, met today with foreign ambassadors based in Tehran to discuss what he described as Iran’s proposal to end the “war and aggression” by the United States and Israel. Gharibabadi stated that Iran is fully prepared to repel any attack against the country and its people, adding, however, that Tehran still believes in diplomacy based on national interests.
