Rome, 22 Apr. (LaPresse) – "There will be discussions with the ANM this week to consider concrete proposals. Among the topics we will discuss is decriminalisation. If we are to reach an agreement, we need to hear directly from them – as they are the ones who launched this initiative – what the possible approaches to decriminalisation might be. This is because whenever you touch upon a criminal offence, inevitably someone else will tell you that that offence protects a value that cannot be left without criminal protection." This was stated by the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, speaking at the launch of the book “Liberale è – Predicare inutilmente” by the president of the Einaudi Foundation, Giuseppe Benedetto.
