Turin, 7 November (LaPresse) – The Juventus shareholders' meeting, currently underway at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, has voted to appoint a new board of directors, which will consist of nine members who will not be able to remain in office for more than three financial years. The members are Gianluca Ferrero, Damien Comolli, Antonio Belloni, Guido de Boer, Laura Cappiello, Fioranna Vittoria Negri, Kerstin Andrea Lutz, Diva Moriani and Francesco Garino. The latter is the representative of minority shareholder Tether, which holds an 11.5% stake in the club. Gianluca Ferrero was confirmed as chairman.
