Milan, 15 June (LaPresse) – Jannik Sinner has completed the 76th week of his career as world No. 1. The Italian leads a group of six Italians in the world’s top 50: only the USA can boast more. This is also the week of Flavio Cobolli’s first tournament as a Top 10 player, competing in Halle: in the first round he will face Frances Tiafoe. There are eight Italians in the Top 100 this week in the ATP rankings. The most significant move was made by Mattia Bellucci, who climbed four places thanks to his quarter-final in Stuttgart, his first on grass. The Lombard, who is also in action in Halle after coming through the qualifiers, is ranked 74th in the world.
