Rome, 8 May (LaPresse) – The judges of the Rome Court of Assizes of Appeal have acquitted him ‘on the grounds that he did not commit the offence’ Raul Esteban Calderon, born Gustavo Alejandro Musumeci, who had been sentenced in the first instance to life imprisonment for the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli, alias Diabolik, former leader of the Irriducibili della Lazio, who was shot in the head on 7 August 2019 in the Parco degli Acquedotti in Rome. The grounds for the verdict will be issued in 90 days.
