Naples, 8 May (LaPresse) – The State Police have executed a seizure order covering the shares and entire corporate assets of Juve Stabia, a club competing in Serie B. The order, issued by the preventive measures section of the Court of Naples pursuant to Article 34, paragraph 7 of the Anti-Mafia Code, was adopted on the joint proposal of the National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor, the Public Prosecutor of Naples and the Chief of Police of Naples “to protect – explains a statement – the company from the risk of the dispersal, disposal and misappropriation of its assets, whilst the preventive measure of judicial administration, ordered last October to rid the company’s management of the risk of influence by local organised crime, is being implemented". The decree was issued against Francesco Agnello in his capacity as legal representative of Stabia Capital srl, the company that owns the shares in the football club.
