Rome, 8 May (LaPresse) – ‘We will always guarantee the safety and security of our fellow citizens.’ This was stated by the Foreign Minister, Antonio Tajani, on the sidelines of the “Luci d'Europa” event in Piazza del Campidoglio in Rome, responding to a question about the Global Sumud Flotilla. ‘We,’ he added, ‘have condemned the intervention 600 nautical miles out,’ by Israel. ‘It is a dangerous situation; at present there are no signs of any change in course, so we will see what happens.’
