Rome, May 14 (LaPresse) – A U.S. District Court in Washington has suspended the sanctions that Donald Trump’s administration had imposed on Francesca Albanese, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Palestinian territories. U.S. District Judge Richard Leon ruled that the sanctions being sought could constitute a violation of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment to Albanese and her family members.
